How fast is rush turnaround for Moog® electronic control repair?

Can you recover parameters from failed Moog® valves and drives?

For servo and proportional valves: Yes. We extract the current program before repair, run full tests using default valve settings, and if the valve performs correctly on defaults, we deem it working as intended. We then reinstall your original program after hardware repair is complete. For drives: We repair hardware components including capacitors, resistors, diodes, relays, voltage regulators, and transistors. If the drive's program is corrupted or lost, we cannot restore it—only the customer can provide or reload the original program after hardware repair.

What warranty comes with your repair services?

All repair work on Moog® servo valves, proportional valves, servo drives, and electronic controls includes a full one-year warranty covering parts and labor. Every unit is thoroughly tested before shipment.

Do you offer exchange programs for Moog® valves and drives?

After evaluation, if your unit is not economical to repair or if you need faster turnaround, we can discuss purchasing a rebuilt unit from stock. Core credit may be available based on your unit's condition and parts value.
