NC Servo Technology has serviced Electro-Craft servo drives and electronic controls for nearly 50 years. Electro-Craft was originally part of Reliance Electric, later acquired by Baldor and now under ABB. The BRU-series drives are no longer manufactured or supported by any of these successor companies.
As an independent servo drive and servo controller repair facility, we perform component-level repairs on BRU-200 and BRU-500 drives regardless of OEM support status. What We Repair
BRU-200 Servo Drive Repair
Component-level repair for the Electro-Craft BRU-200 servo drive. Diagnostics, capacitor replacement, power transistor testing, circuit board repair, and functional verification before shipment.
BRU-500 Drive Module Repair
Service for the larger BRU-500 servo drive module with encoder, controller, and signal connector diagnostics. Component replacement, testing, and performance verification.
Hardware-Only Repair
We repair servo drives at the component level: capacitors, IGBTs, power transistors, gate drivers, circuit boards, and connectors. We do NOT provide PLC programming, parameter configuration, or software services.
