First we inspect and figure out what failed. Then we disassemble, clean, fix or replace parts, reassemble, and test everything.

Depends on what needs fixing. We’ll give you an estimate after we look at it. Usually way cheaper than buying new.

We don’t skip testing. Every unit runs through our thirteen fully equipped test stands and has to pass before it leaves here.

Just pack it securely and send it to us via your preferred carrier. We’ll handle return shipping or you can arrange pickup.
