  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: All parts go through ultrasonic cleaning to remove contaminants before inspection.

Diagnostic Testing

NC Servo operates thirteen in-house test stands, including setups for proportional and servo valves. Every valve goes through performance and leak testing using a range of hydraulic fluids like Skydrol and MIL-5606. Our performance testing verifies consistent performance.
