NC Servo is not an Abex-authorized facility. We are an independent repair shop with 50 years of experience servicing hydraulic servo valves — including discontinued and current Abex models. Every unit is evaluated, cleaned, and tested to performance standards before leaving our bench.

Exchange & Sales Options
Our 19,000‑unit inventory includes rebuilt units available for purchase. Exchange and core credit options may be available based on your unit's condition.

Testing & Diagnostics
13 Test Stands. Every Valve Tested Before It Ships.
Our test stands are configured to reproduce the duty cycles these valves see in the field — injection molding presses, turbine governors, and motion platforms. Each unit is tested for flow, leakage, and gain before it leaves our bench.
- 13 hydraulic and electronic test stands validate flow, leakage, and gain prior to shipment.
- Closed-loop verification confirms performance across temperature and pressure setpoints.
- Optional performance curves and test graphs available for purchase with any repair.
Inventory & Exchange
Large Rebuilt Inventory — Ready to Ship
We stock a large inventory of rebuilt Abex servo valves and process cores directly in-house. When your line is down, you don't have time for distributor lead times — we ship on your schedule.
Expedited Allocation
When stock and scheduling allow, units can be allocated on an expedited basis to support urgent requests.
Core Processing
Returned cores are inspected and processed according to standard procedures to keep replacements moving.
Older Abex Support
Discontinued Abex models are cataloged, cleaned, and staged to keep older machinery operating after OEM support ends.

We stand behind our own work with a 1-year warranty on every repair. Parts are sourced from our large in-house valve inventory — primarily OEM components pulled from donor units — supplemented with quality aftermarket parts where needed.
